Ithaca

One of the most famous cruises is in ITHACA island, the home to HOMER’ S ODYSSEUS, with the numerous villages characterized by tranquillity and serenity. ITHACA symbolizes the return to Heaven, the discovery, and the fulfilment. We embark on to MONICA Yacht at 10:00 am, from the main port of Zakynthos. After one-hour of cruising, we make our first stop in PERA PIGADI bay, to swim in the blue crystal waters which you will absolutely adore! Next destination is the port of KIONI, one of ITHACA’s most beautiful villages, an enchanting and serene small port, whose harbour is the favourite destination of many yachts during the summer. Waterfront traditional taverns and pastry coffee shops are open for your delight. Before heading on the way back, we visit VATHI the picturesque capital of the island and the main Harbor of ITHACA, with the old Venetian-architecture buildings. As we approach the harbour, VATHI town looks like a painting, a ‘carte postale’! It is you that decide where you wish to enjoy your lunch! Is it in a welcoming tavern in the port of KIONI or at VATHI? The journey slowly comes to its end… but the return is also a marvellous cruise full of memories and plenty of amazing photos. At 20:00 we are back at the main port of Zakynthos. We won’t feel to say goodbye… We feel blessed to have you on board and hope we cruise you again soon on your next goals!
